South Indian Style Masala Fish Fry

Ingredients
- 2Medium size fish
- Oilfor frying
- 10Curry leaves
- 1 tablespoonChili powder
- 2 tablespoonsKashmiri chili powder
- 1 tablespoonGinger garlic paste
- 2 tablespoonsGaram masala powder
- 1 tablespoonTurmeric powder
- Saltto taste
- 1 tablespoonLemon juice
- water
Directions
- Take a mixing bowl. Add chili powder, Kashmiri chili powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice to the bowl and mix them well
- Clean the fishes properly and slit them at the stomach part and the neck part
- Apply the mixture on over all fish and leave for 30 minutes
- You can also place under sunlight or place it anywhere in the kitchen
- Take a pan and heat oil in it
- Place fish over it and cook for 7 minutes by closing the lid
- Flip over and cook the other side of the fish till it turns crispy. Ass curry leaves and off the flame
- The tasty and Spicy Fish Fry is ready to serve for your guest.
