Low Calories Anjeer Basundi Recipe

Make Traditional Anjeer Basundi with the help of dry anjeer fruits. To make your diet with low calories, use fresh anjeer and low fat milk. Try the recipe following the simple steps below.
Ingredients
- 3 cupsLow fat milk
- 1 cupFinely chopped anjeer
- ½ teaspoonLemon juice
- ½ teaspoonCorn flour
- ½ cupLow fat mava
- 2 tablespoonsSugar substitute
Directions
- Chill the anjeer pieces by placing them in refrigerator
- Take a broad non thick pan and pour milk in it
- Bring the milk to a boil and stir it continuously on low flame
- Add lemon juice drop by drop and stir the milk continuously
- Tiny curdled particles are seen on the top which are required for grainy texture of basundhi
- Add corn flour mixture, khoya and sugar to it
- Mix them well on low flame for about 2 minutes
- Off the flame and cool it for sometime
- Refrigerate it for about 1 to 2 hours
- Add the chilled anjeer pieces to the thickened milk and mix it well
- Serve this chilled and Fresh Anjeer Basundhi to your guest.
