Healthy Rose Lassie Recipe
Lassi is always a refreshing milkshake and is very simple to prepare. It is just a variation to traditional blend. Add sugar if you like to take it sweet. Add ice cubes if you like to have Chilled Rose Lassi.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cupsFresh curd
- 1 cupChilled water
- 5Dried rose petals
- 2 tablespoonsRose water
- 3 tablespoonsRose syrup
- 2 tablespoonsSugar
- 1 tablespoonChopped dry fruits almonds, cashews
Directions
- Place 1.5 cups of curd in mixer and blend it
- Add 1 cup of chilled water and add the rose petals to it
- Mix them well. Add 2 teaspoons of rose water, 3 tablespoons of rose syrup to it
- Add ½ cup of water and blend everything till smooth and frothy
- Pout them in glasses and serve it with some chopped dry fruits at the top along with ice cubes placed in it.
