Best White Bean Pasta Soup Recipe
Vegetarian Bean Pasta Soup is definitely a healthy soup with main ingredients as pasta. Know the simple and easy preparation of this colorful Pasta Bean Soup so that you can try preparing it for your guests.
Ingredients
- ½ cupBaked beans
- ½ cupCooked pasta
- 2 tablespoonsButter
- ¾ cupSliced onions
- 2/4 cupSliced garlic
- 3 tablespoonsTomato puree
- 1 cupChopped tomatoes
- Saltto taste
- 1 tablespoonDried oregano
- 1 tablespoonCornflour
- 1 tablespoonFresh cream
- 4 tablespoonsGrated cheese
Directions
- Place a pan on low flame and heat oil in it
- Add chopped onions to it and saute it for about 2 minutes
- Add garlic pieces and saute it for 1 minute
- Add baked beans and tomatoes. Cook them on medium flame for about 3 minutes. Make sure to stir them in the middle
- Add oregano and cook on high flame for 30 seconds
- Add 2 cups of water, tomato puree and salt. Mix them well and cook on high flame for about 5 minutes
- Add pasta along with corn flour water to it and mix them well for about 2 minutes
- Serve hot with fresh cream and grated cheese.
You can have this soup as a winter warmer and have it with warm crusty bread along with a slice of cheese. Add more cream to balance the acidic taste of tomatoes.
