Spicy Mushroom Masala Recipe
If you are about to experiment with mushrooms, try out this Yummy Mushroom Curry Recipe which is really easy to prepare. It does not take more than 20 minutes to prepare the curry and anybody can prepare it in a blink of an eye.
Ingredients
- 2 Onions
- 2 Tomatoes
- ½ lbMushrooms
- 6Green chilies
- 4Cloves
- 1Cinnamon stick
- ½ teaspoonPepper powder
- 1 teaspoonCumin powder
- ½ teaspoonTurmeric powder
- 1 tablespoonGarlic paste
- 1 cupCooking oil
- 1 tablespoonFenugreek leaves crushed
Directions
- Step1Take a pan and add oil to it
- Step2Warm the oil on low flame and add cloves, cinnamon to it
- Step3Add onions to the pan
- Step4Fry them till the onions become golden brown
- Step5Add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and little salt to it
- Step6Mix them well and fry them perfectly till oil comes out
- Step7Add tomatoes and pepper to the mixture
- Step8Stir them thoroughly and finally add diced mushrooms
- Step9Cook them on low flame for about 10 minutes
- Step10As mushrooms have more water content in it, make sure the water evaporates and oil starts peeping out from the mushrooms
- Step11Adjust the salt if required and off the flame
- Step12Add crushed fenugreek leaves for delicious flavor and take it in to a serving bowl
- Step13Serve it with chapattis or it tastes good with even puri.
