Healthy and Tasty Broccoli Paratha Recipe
Try out this simple Paratha Recipe with Broccoli and have it hot with your family members during a rainy evening. This paratha is just like a normal paratha but with slight variation. Just have a look
Ingredients
- 2 cupsWhole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoonsAll purpose flour
- 1 vrownBroccoli
- ½ cupOnion
- 1 cloveGarlic
- 2Green Chilies
- 1 pinchGaram masala powder
- 1 pinchTurmeric powder
- SaltTo Taste
- OilFor Frying Parathas
Directions
- Step1Wash broccoli well
- Step2Cut them in to florets
- Step3Boil them in a cup of water by for 2 minutes adding some salt to it
- Step4Remove the broccoli florets and grind them into fine paste
- Step5Add turmeric powder, garlic, garama masala powder and chilies to the paste and grind them to paste
- Step6Take a mixing bowl and add wheat flour, all purpose flour to it
- Step7Add the ground mixture, sliced onions, salt to it
- Step8Mix them well and add required water and knead it like a chapatti
- Step9Let the dough rest for some time and make them into balls
- Step10Roll out each ball similar to chapattis and heat them on a roti pan
- Step11Add oil to it for frying the rotis and cook until both the ends turn golden brown
- Step12Remove them from the pan and place them on a serving bowl
Serve it with tomato pickle or it tastes good with curd even. You can have it as your breakfast or take it for your lunch. As broccoli is having plenty of health benefits, taking it in your diet daily do not harm you in any way. Health Benefits of Broccoli
