Stir Fried Mixed Vegetables in Butter is a luscious side dish recipe which is a prefect dish for weekend lunch or dinner. Here the various veggies are cooked in butter and seasoned with different seasonings. As the the veggies are cooked in butter so it has a nice creamy texture and also has a nice flavor, taste and aroma. It tastes best with hot steamed rice.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cupdiagonally cut and blanched carrot
- 1/2 cupdiagonally cut and blanched french beans
- 1/2 cupdiagonally cut zucchini
- 1/2 cupmushroom (khumbh) , halves
- 1 tbspbutter
- 1 tbspfinely chopped garlic (lehsun)
- saltto taste
Directions
- Heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic and fry on a high flame for 30 seconds.
- Add the mushroom sand zucchini and fry on a high flame for 1 minute and add the french beans, carrot and salt and fry on a high flame for 1 minute.
- Once done, switch off flame and serve it with hot rice.
