Paneer, Mushroom, and Cashew Stir Fry is a healthy stir fry dish which has an interesting combination of Paneer, Mushroom, and Cashew nut. This dish is very easy and quick to make and it is also very colorful and attractive. This dish has a soft texture, crunchy taste, and nice flavor. Try this easy stir fry recipe at your home.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cuppaneer (cottage cheese) cubes
- 1 cupthickly sliced mushrooms (khumbh)
- 1/2 cupbroken cashew nuts (kaju)
- 2 tbspolive oil
- 2 tspgarlic (lehsun) paste
- 2 tsp ginger (adrak) paste
- 2 tbspfinely chopped celery
- 1/2 cupchopped spring onions whites
- 1/2 cupred capsicum cubes
- 1/2 cupyellow capsicum cubes
- 1/2 cupgreen capsicum cubes
- 1tspsoya sauce
- 2 tspChili sauce
- a pinchof freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch)
- saltto taste
- 1 tbspchopped spring onion greens
Directions
- Heat the oil in a broad, non-stick pan, add the garlic paste, ginger paste, celery and cashew nuts and fry on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Add the spring onion whites, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, green capsicum, paneer and mushrooms, mix it gently and fry on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the soya sauce, chili sauce, pepper and salt, mix it well and fry on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Once done, switch off the flame and garnish with spring onion greens and serve it with hot steamed rice.
