Tasty and Soft Chocolate Muffins Recipe

Chocolate Muffins are a prefect healthy and tasty muffin recipe. This muffin gives a nice flavor in every bite. This muffin has a nice bitter taste of dark chocolate and also has a crunchy taste of chocolate chips. This muffin can be very easily available ingredients in your kitchen. This muffin can be packed in your kid’s snack box.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cuproughly chopped dark chocolate
- 1/4 cupsoft butter
- 1/4 cupcastor sugar
- 1/2 cupcurds (dahi)
- 1/2 cupplain flour (maida)
- 1 1/2 tsbpbaking powder
- 3 tsbpcocoa powder
- 9 tsbpchocolate chips
Directions
- Heat the sugar and 1½ tbsp of water in a small non-stick pan, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes and stir continuously or cook till it caramelizes.
- In a blender, add the butter and castor sugar and mix it well with the help of a whisk till smooth.
- Add the curd and whisk it well and add the melted dark chocolate and mix it well by using a spatula.
- Add the plain flour, baking powder and cocoa powder and fold it gently by using a spatula.
- Divide the batter into equal portions and keep it aside.
- Place 9 paper muffin cups in a muffin tray and fill each cup with a portion of the batter and tap them lightly and top it with 1 tbsp of the chocolate chips in each mold.
- Put the remaining portion of the batter over the chocolate chips in each mold and again tap it lightly.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°c (360°f) for 10 minutes and once baked, remove from the oven and serve it.
