Beans and Vegetables in Tomato Gravy are mouth- watering, tasty dish which is prefect for a weekend lunch or dinner. As the name suggests, this dish has the abundant use of tomatoes and also various types of vegetable and kidney beans are used in this dish. This dish is slightly tangy and also very delicious. Ingredients
- 1 cupsoaked and boiled rajma (kidney beans)
- 1/2 cupchopped french beans
- 1/2 cupchopped carrot
- 1/2 cupchopped capsicum
- 1 tbspoil
- 1/2 cupfinely chopped onions
- 1 tspginger- garlic (lehsun) paste
- 1 3/4 cupsfresh tomato pulp
- 1 tspchili powder
- 2 tbsptomato ketchup
- salt taste
- 1 tbspfresh cream
Directions
For Directions
- Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, add the onions and fry on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and fry on a medium flame for 30 seconds and then add the fresh tomato pulp, chili powder and tomato ketchup, mix it.
- Add the rajma, french beans, carrot, capsicum and salt, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 6 minutes and stir occasionally.
- Add the fresh cream and mix it well and serve it with any Indian bread.
