Tasty Corn and Vegetable Cutlet Recipe

Corn and Vegetable Cutlet are tasty and delicious. It is the best option as a snack in any parties and can also be served as an evening snack with a cup of tea. This dish is perfect on a busy day and also healthy. This snack is perfect for kid’s. Let’s follow this recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 tbspgrated processed cheese
- 1/4 cupgrated sweet corn cob
- 1/4 cupgrated carrot
- 1/4 cupgrated cabbage
- 1 tspoil
- 1 tspgrated garlic (lehsun)
- 1/4 cupboiled , peeled and mashed potatoes
- SaltTo Taste
- 1/2 tbspOil for cooking
Directions
- Heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the corn, carrots, cabbage and garlic, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Switch off the flame, transfer to a bowl and allow it to cool and once cooled, add the potatoes, cheese and salt and mix it well.
- Divide this mixture into equal portions and shape into small round flat cutlets.
- Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, place the cutlets and cook on a medium flame till the cutlets turn light brown in color from both the sides and serve it with any sauce of your choice.
