Tasty and Easy Garlic Spaghetti Recipe
Garlic Spaghetti is a popular restaurant dish which is loved by all. This dish can be very easily prepared at your home within few minutes. This dish prefect and tasty dish for your kid’s. It has a nice taste, flavors and texture and also has a nice taste and flavor of garlic. Let’s follow this easy and tasty recipe.
Ingredients
- 3 tbspchopped garlic (lehsun)
- 4 cupsboiled spaghetti
- 5 tbspolive oil
- 1 tbspsoft butter
- 1 tbspdry red chili flakes (paprika)
- 1/4 cupfinely chopped basil
- 1/4 cupfinely chopped parsley
- saltto taste
For boiling the spaghetti
- 1 packet (200gms)spaghetti (easily available in the market)
- 2 tspil
- saltto taste
For The Garnish
- 2 tbspfinely chopped coriander (dhania)
Directions
For boiling the spaghetti
- Boil enough water in a deep non-stick pan, add 1 tsp of oil and salt and mix it well and once the water starts boiling, add the spaghetti, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes or till they are soft and stir occasionally.
- Switch off the flame and drain out all the excess water from the spaghetti and then pour some cold water on the noodles to stop further cooking.
- Put the remaining 1 tsp of oil over it and mix it gently and this will prevent the spaghetti from sticking together and keep it aside.
How to proceed
- Heat the oil and butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic and fry on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the chili flakes and fry on a medium flame for a few seconds.
- Switch off the flame, add the cooked spaghetti, basil, parsley, salt and pepper and mix it well.
- Garnish with cheese and serve it and enjoy its flavors.
Handy tip
- Parmesan cheese can be added to this dish instead of processed cheese.
