Green pea and Spring Onion Sandwich Recipe

Green pea and Spring Onion Sandwich is a mouth-watering dish which is made with the green pea, spring onion, and various seasoning. It has a nice flavor and taste and texture and this sandwich is loved by all. It makes an excellent evening snack with a cup of tea and you can also pack this sandwich in your kid’s lunch box. Try this temping sandwich at your home and enjoy a hearty dish with your family members.
Ingredients
- 6bread slices , toasted (in a pan, toast the bread till brown in color
- 6tomato slices
To Be Mixed Into A Stuffing
- 1 cupboiled and coarsely crushed green peas
- 1/4 cupfinely chopped spring onion whites and greens
- 2 1/2 tbspEggless mayonnaise (easily available at the market)
- 1 tbspcheese spread (easily available at the market)
- 1/2 tspdry red chili flakes (paprika)
- saltto taste
Directions
- In a bowl, bowl add crushed pea, chopped spring onion, Eggless mayonnaise, cheese spread, red chili flakes, salt and mix it nicely and divide the stuffing into equal portions and keep it aside.
- Place 1 toasted bread slice on a clean, dry surface and put a portion of the stuffing and spread it evenly and place 2 tomato slices over it.
- Cover it with another toasted bread slice and serve it with a glass of chill juice.
