Tasty and Easy Corn Dosa Recipe

The kids are going to love it and you can also pack this dish in your kid’s lunch box. Rich in vitamins and protein, this delicious dosa has a tempting taste and flavor. You can also try this sumptuous dish for morning breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1 cupsweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
- 5 tbspbesan (gram flour)
- 1/2 tspgreen chili paste
- 2 tbspfinely chopped coriander (dhania)
- saltto taste
- oilfor greasing and cooking
Directions
- In a blender add the sweet corn and blend to smooth paste and transfer the sweet corn mixture into a bowl.
- Add besan, green chili paste, chopped coriander leaves, salt and ¼ cup of water and mix it well and make a batter of dropping consistency.
- Heat a non-stick tawa (griddle) and grease it with a little oil and pour a ladleful of the batter on the tawa (griddle) and move the spoon in a circular motion to make a 150 mm. (6”) round dosa.
- Brush a little oil around the edges and cook on a medium flame till the dosa turns light brown in color from both the sides.
- Fold over to make a semi-circle or a roll and serve it with coconut chutney.
