Cauliflower and Methi Roti Recipe

Cauliflower and Methi Roti is a healthy and comfort food for your family. This roti is loaded with fiber, vitamins, carbohydrates, and minerals. It is a wholesome breakfast dish and also a healthy and is a prefect dish for your kid’s. This paratha can be served with any side dish. Try this mildly spiced cauliflower and methi roti for a filling and nourishing morning meal.
Ingredients
- 1 cupjowar (white millet) flour
- 1/4 cupfinely chopped fenugreek (methi) leaves
- 1/4 cupchopped coriander (dhania)
- 1/4 cupgrated cauliflower
- 2 tspfinely chopped green chilies
- saltto taste
- jowar(white millet) flour for rolling
- 2 tspoil for cooking
Directions
- In a bowl, add jowar flour, chopped methi leaves, grated cauliflower, chopped green chilies, salt, and enough water and knead into a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out each portion into a 75 mm. (3") diameter circle by using a little jowar flour.
- Heat a non-stick tawa (griddle) and cook the roti by using ¼ tsp of oil and cook till brown spots appear on both the sides.
- Serve it hot with any pickle of your choice.
