Tasty and Easy Banana Walnut Bread Recipe

A delicious bread recipe, Banana and Walnut Bread recipe which you can easily make in your home. It is made with banana, flour, and walnut and you can make this sumptuous recipe for and special occasions. This is a prefect for tea time snack and it also prefect after school snack for your kid’s.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cupmashed ripe bananas
- 1/4 cupchopped walnuts (akhrot)
- 5 tbspcastor sugar
- 1/4 cupmelted butter
- 3/4 cupplain flour (maida)
- 3/4 tspbaking soda
- 1/4 cupmilk
- meltedbutter for greasing
- plainflour (maida) for dusting
Directions
- Step1In a bowl, add the bananas, melted butter and castor sugar and beat with an electric beater on a medium speed for 1 minute.
- Step2Add the plain flour, baking soda and milk and beat with an electric beater on medium speed for 1 minute.
- Step3Add the walnuts and mix it well with a spatula and grease the cake tin with melted butter on all the sides.
- Step4Dust with plain flour and sift to ensure uniform distribution of the flour and shake and tap the tin to remove the excess flour.
- Step5Pour the prepared batter into a greased and dusted tin of 200 mm. × 75 mm. (8”× 3”) diameter aluminum tin and spread it evenly.
- Step6Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºc(360ºf) for 35 minutes or bake till done and once baked, remove from the oven and de-mold and serve it.
