Cabbage and Paneer Grilled Sandwich is a prefect sandwich recipe when you want have something healthy, light and tasty. This sandwich has a goodness of cabbage and paneer and it also has a soft texture. This sandwich is a great way to satisfy your hunger. This is sandwich can be packed in your kid’s lunch box.
Ingredients
- 8Bread slices
- 1 cupGrated cabbage
- 3/4 cupCrumbled paneer (cottage cheese)
- 2 tbspChopped coriander (dhania)
- 2 tspFinely chopped green chilies
- SaltTo Taste
- butterFor spreading and brushing
Directions
- In a bowl,add grated cabbage, paneer, chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chilies, salt and mix it well and divide the filling into equal portions and keep it aside.
- Place a bread slice on a clean, dry surface and butter it lightly and spread a portion of the stuffing evenly over it and cover it with another bread slice with the buttered side facing upwards.
- Brush some more butter on top and grill in a greased sandwich maker for 5 to 7 minutes or till the sandwiches are brown and crisp.
- Serve it with sweet and sour sauce and enjoy its wonderful flavor.
