Tasty and Easy Oats Cheela Recipe

Oats Cheela is a healthy and tasty twist to Besan Cheela. This is perfect dish during busy day and also very easy to prepare Oats are rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals.This dish is perfect for growing kid’s and it make a great breakfast dish. Try this gluten free dish at your home.
Ingredients
- 2 cupsquick cooking rolled oats
- 1/2 cupbesan (Bengal gram flour)
- 1onion , finely chopped
- 1 cupfinely chopped coriander (dhania)
- 2green chillies, finely chopped
- saltto taste
Other Ingredients
- oilfor cooking
Directions
- In a bowl add oats, besan, chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chilies, and salt.
- Add a little water and mix it well and make a smooth batter.
- Heat a non-stick tawa and grease it lightly with oil and pour 1/4th portion of the mixture on it and spread it evenly with a help of a ladle and make a thin cheela of approx. 225 mm. (9") in diameter.
- Cook on a medium flame till the cheela turns golden brown in color on both the sides and fold it over by using a spatula and make a semi-circle.
- Serve it hot with green chutney.
