Mixed Vegetable Chutney Recipe

Mixed Vegetable Chutney is a tasty chutney prepare with different veggies and various seasoning. This dish you can easily prepare at home with just a few ingredients. This chutney tastes good with roti and paratha. It has a nice flavor and you can serve it with any Indian meal.
Ingredients
- 50 gmcarrot, chopped
- 10french beans, chopped
- 50 gmtomatoes, chopped
- 5brinjal (baingan / eggplant), chopped
- 1onion , chopped
- 2 tbspoil
- 2 tspcumin seeds (jeera)
- 2green chilies , chopped
- 2 tspchopped fresh garlic (lehsun)
- 2 tsppowdered sesame seeds (til)
- saltto taste
Directions
- Step1Heat the oil in a kadhai and add the cumin seeds and when the seeds crackle, add the vegetables, tomatoes, tamarind , ginger, garlic, green chilies, onion and saute till the vegetables are cooked and once done, switch off the flame.
- Step2Transfer the veggies in the blender and blend to a smooth paste.
- Step3Transfer it to a bowl and add sesame seeds powder and salt and mix it well and serve it with dosa or paratha.
