Tasty and Easy Bhindi Masala Curry Recipe

Bhindi Masala Curry is a popular Indian household dish. It is a simple and quick recipe that you can make very easy at your home. It is flavorful and mouth-watering side dish. This dish is perfect when you have a sudden guest at your home. Try this tasty and easy recipe at your home.
Ingredients
- 20tender ladies finger (Bhindi)
- 2 tbspbesan (Bengal gram flour)
For The Paste
- 1/2 cuproughly chopped onions
- 1 cupchopped coriander (dhania)
- 1 tspsugar
- 2 tspginger-green chili paste
- 1/2 tspturmeric powder (haldi)
- 1 tbspcoriander-cumin seeds (dhania-jeera) powder
- 2 tspgaram masala
- 2 tsproasted sesame seeds (til)
- 1 tbsplemon juice
- saltto taste
Directions
For the paste
- In a blender, add chopped onions, besan, sugar, ginger- ginger paste, turmeric powder, coriander= seeds, garam masala, roasted til, lemon juice, 2 tbsp and salt.
- In a blender, add the roasted ingredients and 2 tbsp of water and blend till smooth and transfer the mixture into a deep bowl, add the besan and mix it well and keep it aside.
How to proceed
- Wash the Bhindi in enough water and then dry it and slit the Bhindi lengthwise.
- Stuff each Bhindi with a little prepared paste and reaming paste keep it aside for later use and drain it on a tissue paper and then stuffed.
- Heat a non-stick tawa (griddle), place half the stuffed bhindis over it and spread half of the remaining paste.
- Cover it with a lid and cook on a low flame for12 min minutes and once done, switch off the flame and serve it hot with roti.
