Baby Corn Hara Masala Recipe

Baby Corn Hara (Green) Masala is a delicious, succulent dish that goes perfectly well with any Indian bread and it also perfect weekend lunch or dinner recipe. This classic baby corn dish is perfect for any occasion. This dish has a nice flavor and color from the Hara (green) masala and crunchiness from the baby corn.
Ingredients
- 200 gmsliced baby corn
- 1 tspoil
- 1/4 tspto taste
- 1 tsplemon juice
- As requiredsugar
To Be Ground Into A Smooth Green Paste
- 1 1/2 cupschopped coriander (dhania)
- 1/2 tspchopped ginger (adrak)
- 1 tspchopped garlic (lehsun)
- 1 tspchopped green chilies
- 1 cupchopped onions
- 1 tspcumin seeds (jeera)
- 1/2 tsplemon juice
Directions
- In a blender, add chopped coriander leaves, chopped ginger, garlic, green chilies, chopped onions, cumin seeds, and lemon juice and blend to a smooth paste and keep it aside.
- Heat the oil in a broad, non-stick pan, add the green paste and fry on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add the sliced baby corn, salt and 4 tbsp of water and mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes and stir occasionally.
- Once done, switch off the flame and add the lemon juice and sugar and mix it well.
- Serve it hot with any Indian bread.
- Baby Corn is a rich source of vitamin B, potassium, vitamin C, and fiber.
