Crispy Lauki ka Pakora Recipe

Lauki ka Pakora is a simple snack recipe that can be very easily prepare at your home within few minutes. This snack has a wonderful flavor of different seasoning and soft and crispy texture. This easy-to-make snack recipe is loved by all and it taste best with a cup of tea. Let’s follow this recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 mediumBottle Gourd/ Lauki peeled and grated
- 1 cupGram Flour
- 2 teaspoonsRice flour
- 1 mediumOnion, minced
- 3-4 clovesGarlic,chopped
- 3Green chilies finely chopped
- 1 teaspoonChaat masala
- 1 teaspoonRed chili powder
- 1 teaspoonTurmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoonBlack salt (kala namak)
- 1 tablespoonFresh coriander leaves,chopped
- saltto taste
- Oilto deep fry
Directions
- In a bowl, add grated bottle gourd, salt, mix it well and keep it aside for 10-15 min and after 15 min, drain the excess water from the bottle gourd and transfer to a bowl.
- Add gram flour, rice flour, onion, garlic, green chilies, chaat masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, black salt, coriander leaves and salt and mix it well.
- Add a little water and mix it well and make a smooth batter.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadhai and drop small portions of the batter into the oil and deep-fry on medium heat until golden brown in color and once done.
- Drain on an absorbent paper and serve it hot with sweet and sour sauce.
