In a bowl add refined flour and salt, sufficient water and knead into a soft dough and keep it aside. Heat oil in a kadhai and add onion and fry for 2minutes and add ginger paste, garlic paste and fry for a minute. Add chicken pieces and fry for two to three minutes and add salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili power and mix it. Add tomatoes and add coriander leaves and mix it and cook till the chicken is soft and also add lemon juice, mix it nicely and keep it aside to cool. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out each into a roti and roast them one at a time on a hot tawa and keep it aside. In a bowl whisk the eggs and pour some of the eggs to a pan and place a roti over it and cook it. Once done, switch off the flame and place the roti egg side up on a serving plate and place some of the chicken mixture on one end.
