Delicious Chicken Frankie Recipe

Chicken Frankie is extremely popular Indian fast food recipe. Chicken Frankie is a little spicy and tangy, they are easy to prepare and fabulous to eat.This Frankie is prepared with boneless spicy chicken wrapped in Parathas . This delicious dish is great for snacks and also can be served as a light dinner.
Ingredients
- 1/2 inchBoneless Chicken piece
- 2 cupsRefined Flour
- saltto taste
- oilOil
- 2 mediumOnions chopped
- 2 teaspoonsGinger paste
- 2 teaspoonsGarlic paste
- 2 teaspoonsCoriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder
- 2 teaspoonsRed chili powder
- 2 mediumTomatoes chopped
- 2 tablespoonsFresh coriander leaves chopped
- 2 tablespoonsLemon juice
- 4Eggs
- 2 mediumOnions sliced
- 4 teaspoonsChili vinegar
- 8 teaspoonsGreen chutney
For the green chutney
- 2 cupschopped mint leaves (phudina)
- 1 cupchopped coriander (dhania)
- 1 tbsplemon juice
- 1 tbsproughly chopped green chilies
- 1 tbsproughly chopped ginger (adrak)

Directions
- In a blender add chopped mints leaves, coriander leaves, lemon juice, green chili, green chilies, ginger and ¼ cup of water and blend to a smooth paste and keep it aside.
- In a bowl add refined flour and salt, sufficient water and knead into a soft dough and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a kadhai and add onion and fry for 2minutes and add ginger paste, garlic paste and fry for a minute.
- Add chicken pieces and fry for two to three minutes and add salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili power and mix it.
- Add tomatoes and add coriander leaves and mix it and cook till the chicken is soft and also add lemon juice, mix it nicely and keep it aside to cool.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out each into a roti and roast them one at a time on a hot tawa and keep it aside.
- In a bowl whisk the eggs and pour some of the eggs to a pan and place a roti over it and cook it.
- Once done, switch off the flame and place the roti egg side up on a serving plate and place some of the chicken mixture on one end.
- Sprinkle some onion over the chicken and drizzle some chili vinegar and green chutney and roll the Frankie and serve it hot with fresh salad.
