Quick and Tasty Paneer Sabzi Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cupspaneer (cottage cheese) cubes
- 2 tspcoriander (dhania) seeds
- 5whole dry Kashmiri red chilies, broken into pieces
- 2 tbspghee
- 1 tspgarlic (lehsun) paste
- 1/2 cupthinly sliced capsicum
- 1 1/2 tspchopped green chilies
- 2 tspchopped ginger (adrak)
- 2 cupschopped tomatoes
- 1 tspdried fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi)
- saltto taste
For The Garnish
Directions
- In blender add the coriander seeds and red chilies and blend till coarse and keep it aside.
- Heat the ghee in a deep non-stick pan, add the garlic paste and fry on a medium flame for a few seconds.
- Add the capsicum, coriander- dry red chili powder, green chilies and ginger and fry on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes and stir occasionally.
- Add the dried fenugreek leaves, salt and ¼ cup of water, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute and stir occasionally.
- Add the paneer cubes, mix it gently and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes and stir occasionally and switch off the flame.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it hot with paratha.
