Ingredients
- 2 cupsRaw corn flakes
- For deep-fryingOil
- 10-15Raw peanuts
- 2 tbspRoasted chana dal
- 1/2 tspChili powder
- 2 tbspPowdered sugar
- SaltTo Taste
Directions
- Heat the oil in a deep non-stick kadhai, add little corn flakes at a time and deep-fry till they turn golden brown in color from all the sides and drain on absorbent paper and keep it aside
- In a deep non-stick kadhai, add the peanuts and deep-fry till they turn golden brown in color from all the sides and drain on absorbent paper and keep it aside
- In a non-stick kadhai, add the roasted chana dal and deep-fry till they turn golden brown in color from all the side and drain on absorbent paper and keep it aside
- In a bowl add the fried corn flakes, peanuts, chana dal and salt, chili powder, and powder sugar and toss it well and store it in airtight container and enjoy whenever you want to
