Prep Time: 10min Cook time: 20min Ingredients: ½ kgMutton, cut into e bite sized pieces,¼ tspTurmeric powder,1 tspRed chili powder,½ tspPepper powder,1 or 2Green chili,1 tbspGinger garlic paste,1 tspCoriander powder,1 cupChopped mint and coriander leaves,½ tspGaram masala powder,¼ tspCumin powder,3 tbspCoconut paste,1 cupOnion paste,2 tbspOil,¼ tspFenugreek powder,½ tspFennel powder,1 or 2Red chili,½ cupChopped onion pieces,few dropsLemon juice,FreshCoriander leaves,SaltTo taste, Instructions: Clean and wash mutton pieces in enough water and drain the water from the mutton pieces and keep it aside and chop the onion and grind it to paste by adding little water and keep it aside. In a pressure cooker, add the bite sized mutton pieces. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste and mix it well. Add green chilies, coriander powder, chopped mint and coriander leaves and add garam masala powder, cumin powder and salt and mix it nicely. Add coconut paste and also add onion paste and mix it nicely and add 1 cup of water and and cook for 40 min on a low flame. Heat oil in a fry-pan and add fenugreek powder, fennel powder, red chilies and mix it well and add finely chopped onion pieces and fry for a minute. Add cooked mutton and cook for 2 minutes and mix nicely and once done, switch off the flame and add a tsp of lemon juice and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve it with hot rice.
