Aloo Cheese Paratha Recipe
A popular Indian breakfast dish, Aloo Cheese Paratha is a wholesome breakfast dish. A whole meal in itself, this paratha recipe tastes great when served hot. These Parathas are a bit different from the usual Aloo Parathas. Try this recipe at your home.
Ingredients
For Stuffing:
- 1 cuppotato, boiled and peeled
- 1/2 cuponion, finely chopped
- oilginger, finely chopped
- oilcoriander leaves, finely chopped
- oilto taste
- oilmozzarella cheese, shredded
- oilkashmiri chili powder
- oilchaat masala
- oildry mango powder / amchur powder
- 1/2 cupwhole wheat flour / atta
- 1/4 cupto taste
- 1/2 cupoil or ghee
- 1 tbspas required for kneading
- 2 tspwheat flour for dusting
- gheeor oil as required
For chapathi / paratha dough:

cheesy stuffing recipe:
- In a bowl add boiled potato, finely chopped onion, ginger, coriander and grated cheese and also add chili powder, chaat masala, dry mango powder and mix it well and keep it aside.
For chapathi / paratha dough recipe:
- In a bowl add 1 cup of wheat flour, salt, water and knead into smooth dough and cover with moist cloth and keep it aside for 20 minutes.
How To Proceed
- Pinch a medium sized ball dough and roll it in a circle of about 5 to 5.5 inches in diameter and place the prepared cheese stuffing in the center.
- Sprinkle some flour and roll it and heat a tawa and place the paratha on it, brush oil over the paratha and cook on both sides and serve it hot with raita.
