Simple and Easy Broccoli Paratha Recipe

Broccoli Paratha is a simple and easy to prepare that is perfect for morning breakfast. This Broccoli paratha is a great way to include broccoli in your diet. Broccoli has many health benefits and a perfect dish for growing kids.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cupchopped, blanched and pureed broccoli
- 1 cupwhole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
- 1 tspdried mixed herbs
- 1 tspdry red chili flakes (paprika)
- saltto taste
- whole wheatflour (gehun ka atta) for rolling
- oilfor cooking
Directions
- In a bowl add pureed broccoli, wheat flour, mixed herbs, red chili flakes, salt, and enough water and mix it nicely.
- Knead into a soft dough and divide the dough into equal portions and roll out a portion of the dough into a 125 mm. (5") diameter circle and dust a little whole wheat flour.
- Heat a non-stick tawa (griddle, place the paratha on it and cook it on a medium flame, brush a little oil and cook till golden brown spots appear on both the sides and once done, switch off the flame.
- Transfer it to a serving plate and serve it with a mixed vegetable pickle.
