Broccoli and Baby Corn Stir Fry Recipe

Broccoli and Baby Corn Stir Fry is a popular Indo-Chinese dish. Broccoli and sweet corn is a very good combination in terms of taste. This dish is crunchy and extremely light and healthy. Broccoli is a rich source of protein and dietary fiber and sweet corn is a rich source of potassium, vitamin C, and fiber. Let’s follow this recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 cupbroccoli florets (parboiled)
- 1/4 cupbaby corn, sliced diagonally (parboiled)
- 1/4 cuponion cubes
- 1/4 cupcapsicum cubes
- 1/4 cupfrench beans, cut diagonally (parboiled)
- 2 tspfinely chopped garlic (lehsun)
- 1 tbspcornflour mixed with 3/4 cup water
- a pinchof sugar
- 7 to 8cashew nuts (kaju), lightly fried in hot oil
- 2 tbspoil
- Saltfreshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
Directions
- Add the onions cubes, capsicum cubes, broccoli, baby corn, french beans and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the cornflour paste, sugar, salt and pepper and cook on a low flame and switch off the flame.
- Top with the fried cashew nuts and serve it hot with rice.
