Add the cooked pasta, curd, oregano, salt, pepper, and chili flakes and toss it well and cook for 3-4 min and switch off the flame. Tangy Tomato Garlic Pasta Recipe

Tomato Garlic Pasta is an easy pasta recipe with an Indian twist. This pasta is tangy in taste and also has a slight flavor of garlic. It is perfect for weekend breakfast and can also be packed in kid’s lunch box.

Ingredients

  • 3 cupscooked pasta
  • 4tomatoes, chopped
  • 1tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tbspcrushed garlic (lehsun)
  • 2 tspsour curd (dahi)
  • saltpepper and dry red chili flakes (paprika) to taste
  • 1/2 tspdried oregano
  • 3 tspolive oil

Directions
