Tangy Tomato Garlic Pasta Recipe

Tomato Garlic Pasta is an easy pasta recipe with an Indian twist. This pasta is tangy in taste and also has a slight flavor of garlic. It is perfect for weekend breakfast and can also be packed in kid’s lunch box.
Ingredients
- 3 cupscooked pasta
- 4tomatoes, chopped
- 1tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tbspcrushed garlic (lehsun)
- 2 tspsour curd (dahi)
- saltpepper and dry red chili flakes (paprika) to taste
- 1/2 tspdried oregano
- 3 tspolive oil
- Few choppedcoriander (dhania) and olives for garnishing
Directions
- In a deep pan pour enough water and add the pasta and once it gets boiled, drain the water from the pasta and add 1 tsp of oil over the paste and toss it and keep it aside.
- Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan, add the crushed garlic and fry for a minute and add the chopped tomatoes and chopped capsicum, mix it well and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta, curd, oregano, salt, pepper, and chili flakes and toss it well and cook for 3-4 min and switch off the flame.
- Transfer it to a serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves and sliced olives and serve it hot.
