Soft and Tasty Apple and Almond Cake Recipe

Apple Almond Cake is a moist, soft, and tempting cake which is prepared with almonds, flour, sugar, apple, and vanilla extract. This cake has a sweet taste of apples and nuttiness almonds. This cake is perfect for any special occasion and can also be packed in kid’s snack box.
Ingredients
- 3 cupsAll Purpose Flour (Maida)
- 2 teaspoonsBaking powder
- 1/2 teaspoonSalt
- 1/2 teaspoonCinnamon Powder
- 1-1/2 cupCaster Sugar
- 1 cupVegetable Oil/ Melted Butter
- 3Whole Eggs
- 2Apples, diced small into pieces
- 2 teaspoonsVanilla Extract
- 1/2 cupAlmonds, chopped
- Honeyas needed
Directions
- Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius and lightly grease a bundt pan or tube pan with a little oil.
- In a bowl add diced apples, chopped almonds, vanilla, and cinnamon powder and mix it nicely and keep it aside.
- In a bowl sift the flour, baking soda, and salt and keep it aside and in a bowl add sugar, oil, and eggs and add flour mixture and with the help of a hand blender, blend it to a smooth batter and then add apple-almond mixture and mix it nicely
- Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for 180°c (360°f) for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan and then de-mold it into a plate and drizzle some honey over the cake and serve this cake with chill coffee ice cream.
