Yummy Soya Malai Korma Recipe

Soya Malai Korma is an easy side dish which is perfect with any Indian meal. Soya chunks are considered to be a protein substitute for vegetarians. It is a quick, yummy, simple, and healthy dish.Today Let’s learn this tasty recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 tbspsoya bean oil
- 1 tspginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
- 1 tspfinely chopped green chilies
- 1/4 cupfinely chopped onions
- 1/4 cupfresh tomato puree
- saltto taste
- 1/2 tspturmeric powder (haldi)
- 1 tspchili powder
- 1 tspcoriander-cumin seeds (dhania-jeera) powder
- 1/2 tspsugar
- 1/2 cupsoaked and roughly chopped soya chunks
- 1/2 cupchopped and boiled mixed vegetables (carrots, french beans, cauliflower etc.)
- 1/4 cupmilk
- 3 tbspfresh cream
- 2 tbspfinely chopped coriander (dhania) for the garnish
Directions
- Heat the soya bean oil in a kadhai, add the ginger-garlic paste, green chilies and onions and fry till the onions turn light brown in color.
- Add the tomato puree, salt, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander-cumin seeds powder and sugar and fry for 8 to 10 minutes or fry till the oil separates from the gravy.
- Add the soya chunks, mixed vegetables, milk, and cream and cook on a low flame for 5 minutes and switch off the flame and transfer it to a bowl.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it with rice or roti.
