Chawal Ki Roti Recipe

Chawal Ki Roti is very tasty and is eaten all over Indian. This preparation is very simple and results a tasty roti. It is a wholesome breakfast dish and also loaded with flavors.This can be served with any side dish. Try this soft and tasty roti at your for morning breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cupsrice flour (chawal ka atta)
- 4 tbspcooked rice( in a pan add water and rice and once done, drain the water and keep it aside)
- 2 tspgrated garlic (lehsun)
- 2 tspfinely chopped green chilies
- 2 tspgrated ginger (adrak)
- 3 tbspcurd (dahi)
- 2 tbspoil
- saltto taste
Directions
- In a bowl add rice flour, cooked rice, grated garlic, chopped green chili, curd, oil and salt and enough water
- Knead into a firm dough and divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a 125 mm. (5") diameter circle.
- Heat a non-stick tawa (griddle) and cook each roti till they turn golden brown in color from both the sides.
- Serve it hot with any side dish and relish it flavors.
