Chickoo Ice Cream Recipe

Tired Of having same vanilla and chocolate ice cream, want to try something new. Then try this Chickoo Ice Cream Recipe. This is a delightful dessert recipe which is not only very healthy but also loaded with vitamins and minerals. Try this ice cream recipe during this summer and surprise your family members.
Ingredients
- 1 dozenChickoo (Sapota) Fruit, (sapotas) +1 chickoo for serving
- 250 gramsFresh cream , (a little more than 1/2 cup)
- 1 1/2 cupsMilk, full -fat milk is required
- 1/2 cupMilk Powder
- 1 cupSugar
Directions
- Peel the skin of the chickoos/sapotas and de-seed them and blend it to a smooth pulp and keep it aside.
- In a bowl add the cream, milk powder, sugar and milk and whisk it with a hand blender
- Add the chickoo pulp and whisk it for 1 minute and add sugar and mix it nicely.
- Transfer the chickoo milk to an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours or until set.
- After 2 hours, remove in from the refrigerator and churn it in the blend for 2 min and again transfer it to an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator for 12-15 hours or until set.
- Serve this tasty ice cream with a few pieces of chickoos and relish it after any meal.
