Healthy Cabbage Paratha Recipe

Cabbage Paratha is a healthy and easy to prepare paratha. It has the goodness of cabbage. It is so versatile and healthy that it can be served at breakfast and also in brunch. It is perfect with any side dish.
Ingredients
For The Dough
- 3/4 cupwhole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
- 1 tspmelted ghee
- saltto taste
- 1 cupgrated cabbage
- 1/4 cupcrumbled paneer (cottage cheese)
- 2 tbspchopped coriander (dhania)
- 1/2 tspfinely chopped green chilies
- saltto taste
- whole wheatflour (gehun ka atta) for rolling
- 1 1/4 tspoil for cooking

For the dough
- In a bowl add wheat flour, ghee, salt, and enough water and knead into a soft dough and cover it with a muslin cloth and keep it aside.
For the stuffing
- In a bowl add grated cabbage and sprinkle a little salt over the cabbage and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
- Squeeze out the water from the cabbage, add the paneer, coriander, green chilies and salt and mix it well.
- Divide the stuffing into equal portions and keep it aside.
How to proceed
- In blender add mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chili, lemon juice, and salt and blend to a smooth paste and keep it aside.
- Place a portion of the stuffing in the center of the circle, bring together all the sides in the center and seal tightly.
- Roll out again into a 150 mm. (6") diameter circle by using a little whole wheat flour.
- Heat a non-stick tawa (griddle) and cook the paratha by using ¼ tsp of oil and cook till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
- Serve this yummy paratha with mixed vegetable raita and enjoy a hearty meal.
