Tomato Cheese Toast Recipe

Today let us try some tasty and healthy toast, Tomato Cheese Toast recipe which perfect for morning breakfast or also can be packed in your kid’s lunch box. It is loaded with flavors and a lip-smacking toast recipe. This toast is cheesy, tangy, and spicy.
Ingredients
- 18tomato slices
- 2 cupsgrated processed cheese
- 9bread slices
- 1/2 cupmilk
- 2 tspdry red chili flakes
- freshlyground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste
- saltfor sprinkling
- driedoregano for sprinkling
Directions
For the sauce
- In a deep non-stick pan add grated cheese, milk and 2 tbsp of water, mix it well and cook on a low flame for 2 to 3 minutes, or cook till the cheese melts completely and stir continuously.
- Switch off the flame, add the chili flakes and pepper powder and mix it well.
How To proceed
- Place all the bread slices on a clean, dry surface, spread the prepared sauce evenly on each slice.
- Top it with 2 tomato slices and sprinkle salt and oregano evenly over each bread slice.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 12 to 15 minutes or bake till the bread slices are crisp.
- Serve it with a chill glass of kiwi juice.
