Chocolate and Apple Pancake Recipe

Chocolate and Apple Pancake is a healthy and tasty breakfast dish. These pancakes are super easy to make, delicious, and fluffy. This is a perfect dish on a busy day. Try this delightful recipe for your family members and it can also be served as a snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cupplain flour (maida)
- 1/2 cuppeeled and grated apples
- 1/4 cupfinely chopped dark chocolate
- 3/4 cupmilk
- 2 tbspcastor sugar
- 1/2 tspvanilla essence
- 3/4 tspbaking powder
- 1 tbspoil

Directions
- In a bowl add flour, grated apples, chopped chocolate, milk, castor sugar, baking powder, 1 tsp of oil, vanilla essence, and a little water.
- Whisk it well to make a smooth batter and make sure that no lumps should from and keep it aside.
- Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan and spread 3 to 4 tablespoon of the batter (¼ cup) and make a thick pancake of about 100 mm. (4") diameter.
- Cook the pancakes on a low flame until golden brown in color on the both the sides and brush it with oil
- Once cooked, transfer it to a serving plate and serve it hot with butterscotch sauce.
