Tasty Corn Pakora Recipe

Corn Pakora is one of the most popular evening tea time snack.Corns are coated with different spices and rice flour and then deep fried. A perfect snack to be served on a rainy day.
Ingredients
- 1 cupgrated sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
- 2 tbspsweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
- 1/4 cupfinely chopped coriander (dhania)
- 2 tbspgreen chili paste
- 2 1/2 tbsprice flour (chawal ka atta)
- Saltto taste
- oilfor deep-frying
Directions
- In a bowl add grated corn, corn kernels, chopped coriander, green chili paste, rice flour, and salt and mix it well and keep it aside.
- Heat the oil in a deep kadhai, drop a little mixture and deep-fry few at a time on a high flame till they turn golden brown in color from all the sides.
- Drain it on tissue paper and serve with green chutney.
