Tasty and Healthy Cabbage Salad Recipe

Cabbage Salad is one of the best and healthy accompaniment to any meal. This salad can be easily made at home in few minutes.This crunchy salad is low in calories and very satisfying.
Ingredients
- 2 cupsshredded cabbage
- 1 tspfinely chopped green chilies
- 2 tbspfinely chopped coriander (dhania)
To Be Mixed Into A Dressing
- 2 tsplemon juice
- 1 tspolive oil
- 1 tspcoriander (dhania) powder
- 1/2 tspchili powder
- 1/4 tspasafoetida (hing)
- 1/4 tspblack salt (sanchal)
- 1 tsppowdered sugar
- saltto taste
Directions
For the dressing
- In a bowl add lemon juice, olive oil, coriander powder, chili powder, hing, black salt, and powder sugar and mix it nicely and keep it aside.
How to Proceed
- In a bowl add shredded cabbage, green chili, chopped coriander leaves and add the prepared dressing and toss it well.
- Serve it with a chill glass of juice.
