Homemade Apple Jam Recipe

Jam is all time favorite and has a refreshing flavor. Here is a recipe of Homemade Apple Jam which is easy to prepare and can be made in few minutes. Always homemade jams are hygienic, fresh and healthy. Try this jam at your home for your family members.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cupspeeled and grated apples
- 2 tbspsugar
- 1 1/2 tsplemon juice
- 1/4 tspcinnamon (dalchini) powder (optional)
Directions
- In a microwave safe bowl add the apple and sugar and microwave on high power for 2 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and add the lemon juice and cinnamon powder and mix it well and microwave on high power for another 2½ minutes.
- Remove from the oven and keep it aside to cool and pour into the airtight container and store it in the refrigerator and use whenever you want to.
Jam taste best with a slice of bread toast.
Apple is a rich source of vitamin C, minerals, and potassium.
