Creamy Mughlai Vegetable Sabzi Recipe

Mughlai Vegetable Sabzi is a rich gravy dish that has a creamy texture and loaded with lots of vegetables. It has a spicy taste and is packed with flavors. This is is perfect when you have a sudden guest at your home.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cupcream
- 1/2 cupdiagonally cut french beans
- 1/2 cupdiagonally cut carrot
- 1/2 cupgreen peas
- 1/2 cupdiagonally cut capsicum
- 2 tbspghee
- 10-15roughly broken cashew nuts (kaju)
- 1 tspchili powder
- 1/4 tspgaram masala
- 10-12raisins (kismis)
- saltto taste
Directions
- Heat the ghee in a deep non-stick pan, add the cashew nuts and fry on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Add the french beans, carrot and green peas and fry on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Add ½ cup of water, mix it well and cover it with a lid and cook on a medium flame for 7 to 8 minutes and stir occasionally.
- Add capsicum, chili powder, garam masala, raisins and salt, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes and add the cream and immediately switch off the flame and mix it well and cover it with lid.
- Just before serving, open the lid and serve it hot with kulcha.
