Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out each portion of the dough into a 125 mm. (5”) diameter circle and dust some wheat flour over it. Heat a non-stick tawa (griddle) and cook each roti, using a little oil, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides. Serve it with a bowl of fresh curd and ginger pickle.
