Easy Kulfi Recipe

Kulfi is an Indian ice cream made from milk, cream, sugar, and cardamom. This is a best Indian dessert that kids love to have in the hot summer days. Instead of buying ready-made kulfi which has artificial flavoring agent, follow this simple recipe and make kulfi at home with pure organic flavors.
Ingredients
- 4 cupmilk
- 3/4 cupheavy cream
- 3/4 cupsugar
- 2 teaspoonscorn starch
- 1/2 teaspoonagar-agar (seaweed works as a vegetarian gelatin)
- 1/4 teaspooncardamoms crushed
Directions
- In a heavy bottom, pan pour the milk, heavy cream, and sugar and cook on a low flame for 35 min and stir the milk occasionally.
- In a bowl add corn starch, agar-agar, cardamom, and 2 spoons of water and mix it nicely and make sure there are no lumps.
- Add this mixture to the boiling milk mix it well and cook for 3 minutes and switch off the flame and mix the mix the mixture for a minute and keep it aside to cool.
- After it cools down and pour into the kulfi molds and keep it in the refrigerator for 5 hours or till it is set.
- Once set, remove from the refrigerator and enjoy.
Notes
- You can add saffron, vanilla extract, and nuts to get a royal flavor and taste.
