Ingredients
- 50 gramsGreen beans, sliced diagonally
- 1Carrot, sliced diagonally
- 1-inchGinger, chopped
- 4Cloves, garlic
- 1 teaspoonCumin seeds
- 1 teaspoonRed chili powder
- 1 teaspoonBlack pepper powder
- 1 teaspoonCoriander Powder
- Saltto taste
- Oilfor Cooking
Directions
- Heat a flat skillet with some oil, crackle the cumin seeds, garlic and fry it and add green beans, carrot, and salt and fry it.
- Add coriander powder, pepper powder, ginger chopped and cook for 5 minutes till the raw smell goes away.
- Switch off the flame and transfer it to a serving bowl and serve it with rice or roti.
Green Beans are a rich source of vitamins, folic acid, calcium, silicon, iron, manganese, potassium, and copper.
Carrots are a good source of vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin B8, pantothenic acid, folate, potassium, iron, copper, and manganese.
