Divide the chicken mixture into equal sized portions roll the chicken mix into round shape. In a bowl break an egg and add salt and mix it nicely and in a plate add breadcrumbs. Heat a pan/skillet and add oil and dip the cutlet in the egg mixture and then roll it in bread crumbs. Ingredients
