Tasty Chicken Cutlet Recipe

Chicken Cutlets is a popular appetizer which is loved all. It is quick to make and doesn't take much time. Rich in protein, they are perfect for kids and you can try this simple cutlet recipe for any special occasion. This cutlet is perfect for diet conscious people as it shallow fried.
Ingredients
- 250 gramschicken, minced
- 1Onion finely chopped
- 3Green Chilies, finely chopped
- 5 tablespoonCoriander leaves (Dhania), finely chopped
- 1 teaspoonGinger garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder (Haldi)
- 1 teaspoonRed chili powder
- 1 teaspoonBlack pepper powder
- 1 teaspoonGaram masala powder
- SaltTo Taste
- Cooking OilFor Shallow Frying
For coating
- 1Eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cupBreadcrumbs
Directions
- Step1In a bowl add minced chicken, chopped onion, green chili, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, pepper powder, garam masala, and salt and mix it nicely.
- Step2Divide the chicken mixture into equal sized portions roll the chicken mix into round shape.
- Step3In a bowl break an egg and add salt and mix it nicely and in a plate add breadcrumbs.
- Step4Heat a pan/skillet and add oil and dip the cutlet in the egg mixture and then roll it in bread crumbs.
- Step5Place it on the hot pan and cook on medium flame and cook from both the sides and transfer to a serving plate and serve it with any sauce of your choice.
