Potato Cheese Grilled Sandwich Recipe

Potato Cheese Grilled Sandwich is made with potato, cheese, and different spices Sandwiches are loved by kids and also works good for the lunch box, breakfast or as a snack. Sandwiches are excellent choice for a hearty and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- 16boiled and peeled potato slices
- 4cheese slices
- 8bread slices
- 8 tspbutter
- 8 tspgreen chutney
- chaatmasala for sprinkling
- 1 tspfor sprinkling
- butterfor brushing
For Green Chutney
- 1 1/2 cupsroughly chopped coriander (dhania)
- 4green chilies, roughly chopped
- 1 1/2 tsplemon juice
- 1 tbspsugar
- 4 tbspfreshly grated coconut
- saltto taste
Directions
For the green chutney
- In a blender add coriander leaves, green chili, lemon juice, sugar, grated coconut, and salt and blend to a smooth paste and keep it aside.
How to proceed
- Grease the sandwich griller with butter and keep it aside.
- Place 4 bread slices on a clean, dry surface and spread 1 tsp of the butter and 1 tsp of green chutney on each bread slice.
- On each of the two bread slices, arrange 4 potato slices and sprinkle with some chaat masala and salt evenly over it.
- Place a cheese slice over it and cover it with another bread slice with the buttered-chutney side facing downwards.
- Again spread a little butter on the sandwiches and press it lightly and place both the sandwiches in a greased and preheated sandwich griller and grill it for 4 to 5 minutes or till the sandwiches turns golden brown in color and crisp.
- Cut each sandwich into 2 pieces diagonally by using a sharp knife and serve it with chips and relish your meal.
