Fruit Popsicle Recipe
Fruit Popsicles are the perfect summer treat. This dessert is light, refreshing and makes a delicious treat for kids. Popsicles are a great low- fat dessert, flavored with the natural sweetness of the fresh fruits. Try this recipe for this summer.
Ingredients
- 1 cupwatermelon, chopped
- 15strawberry
- 1kiwifruit, thinly sliced
- 5grapes, chopped
- ¼ cupcoconut milk
- 1 tbsppowdered sugar
Directions
- In a blender add 1 cup of chopped watermelon and also 15 strawberries and blend to smooth puree without adding any water and add sugar if required.
- Place a kiwifruit slice in each popsicle mold and also pour the prepared strawberry and watermelon juice in the mold and add few chopped grapes in the popsicle/ ice cream mold.
- Freeze the popsicle for 30 minutes or till they set slightly.
- For coconut cream layer.
- In a bowl add ¼ cup coconut milk and 1 tbsp of powdered sugar and mix it well.
- After 30 minutes, take the Popsicles, out from the freezer and pour the prepared coconut milk mixture into molds.
- Cover it and freeze it again for 4 hours or til they set completely and after it gets set remove from the freezer and dip the popsicle in a bowl of water for 10 seconds, to easily remove the popsicle from the mold.
- Serve it and enjoy.
