Ingredients
For The Wraps
- 1/2 cupwhole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
- 1/4 cupjowar (white millet) flour
- 1 tspoil
- saltto taste
- wholewheat flour (gehun ka atta) for rolling
- 1 tspoil
- 1 cupgrated cauliflower
- 1/2 cupgrated carrot
- 1/2 cupgrated cabbage
- 1/2 cupboiled and grated potatoes
- 1 tbspchopped coriander (dhania)
- 1/4 tspchili powder
- saltto taste
- 4 tsptomato ketchup

For the wraps
- In a bowl add wheat flour, jowar flour, oil, and salt and knead to make a soft, smooth dough by adding enough hot water.
- Knead the dough well and keep it aside for ½ an hour and knead it again and divide the dough into equal portions and roll out each portion into thin 175 mm (7”) diameter round with the help of a little flour.
- Heat a non-stick pan and cook each roti till brown spots appear on both the sides and keep it aside.
For the stuffing
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the cauliflower and carrots and fry for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add the cabbage, potatoes, coriander, chili powder, and salt and cook for 5 minutes and divide the stuffing into equal portions and keep it aside.
How to proceed
- Place a prepared roti on a clean flat surface, spread a tsp of tomato ketchup and a portion of the stuffing evenly over it.
- Roll it up tightly to make a wrap and serve it with chickpea salad.
