In a bowl add 1 and 1/2 tbsp ghee and add cumin seeds, red chili and bay leaves. Add the onions and fry it for few minutes and add the potatoes and fry it and add the jackfruit and chopped tomato and cook on medium flame for 3 to 5 minutes. Add curd and cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, chili powder, turmeric powder and salt and stir it occasionally and cook it for 5 minutes. Add 2 cups of water and cook it till the potatoes and jackfruit has become tender and the gravy has reduced a bit. Switch off the flame and top it with a little ghee. Serve it hot with jeera rice.
