Add cabbage, carrot, and spring onion greens and fry on a medium flame for 1 minute. Add chili sauce, tomato ketchup and salt, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute. Add the grated cheese and mix it well till the cheese melts and switch off the flame. Keep it aside to cool and then divide the filling into equal portions and keep it aside. How to proceed Grease a sandwich griller/ maker with butter and preheat for few min. Place 2 whole wheat bread slices on a clean, dry surface and butter them lightly. Spread 1 portion of the prepared filling evenly on each bread slice and butter 2 more bread slices and place them on the filling with the buttered side facing downwards. Brush some more butter on top of the bread and grill in a greased preheated sandwich griller/maker and cook 5 to 7 minutes or till they turn crispy and brown in color from both the sides.
